The BEST home inspector I think I have ever had! Titus was prompt and extremely polite. He was thorough and very detail oriented. He looked at everything he could get his hands on. He took his time and even explained things as he went along and still sent an even more detailed report via email. He pointed out a few pretty significant items that warranted a concession negotiation with the seller. His impeccable inspection was the information I needed to move forward confidently with my purchase. Even though the home I purchased was only 549 sq ft, he was there for close to 4 hours. I cannot say enough about his work ethic. Thank you Titus!

Titus was a fantastic inspector and the report he provided was thorough and detailed. He spent a lot of time on the phone with us to explain everything and answered all of our questions. He ended up having to make several trips to the house because the contractors had told us they were finished when they actually weren't, and we felt horrible about this, but he never complained even a tiny bit and was very understanding. Titus has helped us tremendously in feeling comfortable about the purchase of our new-construction home and we will absolutely use his services again when needed.
